Terms of Use & Community Guidelines

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (menu → Delete account). This removes your profile, posts, stories, comments and photos.

2. What you post

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you post. By posting, you give PaPromote permission to show that content in the app and on the website, and to feature it when promoting PaPromote.

Only post content you have the right to share, and be honest about places and businesses.

3. No tolerance for objectionable content

These aren't allowed anywhere on PaPromote (posts, comments, stories, forum, profiles, reviews):

• Nudity, sexual content or sexual solicitation
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying or threats against anyone
• Violence, gore, or content that encourages self-harm or dangerous acts
• Illegal activity, including drugs, weapons and scams
• Spam, fake reviews, impersonation, or misleading information about places or businesses
• Other people's private information, or photos of people shared to embarrass them
• Content you don't have the rights to post

We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or permanently remove the accounts that post it.

4. Reporting and blocking

• Use the ⋮ menu on any post, comment, story or forum post to report it or to block the person who posted it.
• Blocking someone hides their posts, comments, stories and forum posts from you. They aren't told.
• We review every report and act on it within 24 hours, including removing the content and the account responsible.

5. Businesses and listings

Basic business listings are free. Owners who claim or add a listing at papromote.com/business must be authorized to represent that business and keep its details accurate.

6. PaPromote Pro

Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you manage or cancel it in your store account. Deleting your PaPromote account doesn't cancel the subscription.
